This site lies along the South Fork Nooksack River and contains a portion of Landingstrip Creek and its tributary. This site, and the adjacent 200+ acres have undergone a great deal of restoration after being purchased for permanent protection over the years. Join us and Nooksack Salmon Enhancement Association in enhancing the important habitat! Parking is available on Rothenbuhler Road in Acme off of Highway 9. Look for NSEA signs and staff, and the purple WLT sign! Prior registration is required with NSEA: https://www.n-sea.org/stream-stewards

Capacity: Each work party is currently limited in size to allow for safe distancing.

Masks: You are required to have a face covering on you at all times, but you are not required to wear it while working outside and well over 6 feet away from others.

Tools & Gloves: Please bring your own if you are able; staff will gladly bring any upon request

Water & Snacks: Due to safety precautions, please bring your own!

Feeling Sick?: Stay home if you feel any illness symptoms or think you may have been exposed to someone with COVID-19 in the last 2-3 weeks! It takes all of us to keep everyone safe.
