DESCRIPTION:Award-winning photographer Paul Bannick reveals the lives of North American woodpeckers through dramatic images and wildly rich stories. \nJoin Whatcom Land Trust\, North Cascades Institute\, and the North Cascades Audubon Society at the Whatcom Museum Old City Hall Rotunda Room for an engaging presentation by award-winning Photographer Paul Bannick based on his new book\, Woodpecker: A Year in the Life of North American Woodpeckers. Through dramatic images and rich stories\, Paul reveals the lives of woodpeckers over four seasons. His exploration of these impactful birds from the Arctic through southern Mexico details their shared behaviors as well as some surprising exceptions and adaptations.
