Barbed Wire, Invasive Removal, & Annual Property Visit at Kelsey

Come spend a beautiful day by Lake Terrell at our Kelsey property! Just 20 minutes from Bellingham, Kelsey is a “little piece of paradise” conserving native meadow, a salmon bearing creek, and mature, diverse trees for abundant bird life. Volunteers will have the opportunity to learn how to safely remove barbed wire to improve wildlife passages and help conduct our annual walkthrough of the property

What to Expect: Walking on uneven ground, digging, cutting blackberry, removing barbed wire, light bushwhacking
