Planting Native Trees and Shrubs with City of Bellingham at Galbraith Mountain / Lake Padden Trailhead

Help plant native trees and shrubs at the new Galbraith/Lake Padden parking lot. Both Galbraith and Lake Padden are beloved recreation areas, and planting native trees and shrubs in the parking lot area will ensure that wildlife is still able to utilize parts of this area. 

What to expect: walking on uneven ground, digging using a shovel, making blue tubes
